In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I myself, my representatives, and assigns do hereby release and discharge Mount St. Dominic Academy, the Boroughs of Caldwell and Essex Fells, and their employees and officials, all sponsors and volunteers (herein after Releases) for any claim arising or growing out of my participation in this athletic event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I am at least 18 years of age or have had this release signed by my parent/guardian if I have not yet reached the age of 18. All race proceeds benefit a scholarship fund in memory of Meghan Doyle '05 at Mount St. Dominic Academy, a Catholic, college preparatory school for young women. We are dedicated to the education of young women from a variety of ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds. This event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds; rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to Mount St. Dominic Academy. Any cancellation information will be posted on race day at www.msdacademy.org. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
